Beautiful Patek Philippe Calatrava from the early 40s. This watch has the ref 590. This ref is distinguished by its beautiful 18Kt yellow gold round case with small teardrop lugs. The original dial shows a warm ad pleasant patina. On the dial you can find also the Tiffany&Co retailer name. The provenance is also confirmed by the US import code on the manual wind 10-105 Pp caliber (PXP). All the Tiffany branded vintage watches must have the import code on the caliber. Original but service crown.
